Established in 2015, the first Habanero location was opened in Joliet by Erika Magana to serve vibrant, traditional Mexican dishes that were inspired by cherished family recipes. Every plate that is prepared reflects the true heart of Mexican cuisine: bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and time-honored techniques.
A second location was opened in Plainfield in 2017 to serve even more happy customers. Both locations are family owned and operated, and we take pride in treating every guest like they are part of the family. Our commitment to our neighbors and community keep us motivated and nothing makes us happier than seeing satisfied smiles after every meal.
